I was raised from the cradle in a 'mom and pop' restaurant which served the community for 54 years. My mom, famous for her pies, instilled a homestyle cooking gene in me that evolved into a love for baking. Artistically inclined since childhood, making art out of cake just comes natural. I love using cake for my canvas.
The use of creative flavor pairing, experimenting with creative design elements, & exploring new and inventive ideas with cake is what I love to do.
