Bride's Cakes

The price of your wedding cake will be dependent upon the number of servings, your choice of cake flavor or flavors, filling, icing choice, and details of the artwork and decoration on your cake.  There are three options for your cake's frosting - italian buttercream, american buttercream, or fondant. Italian Buttercream cake prices start at $3.50 per serving, and fondant covered cake prices start at $5.75 per serving, and will vary depending upon the complexity of your artwork and decoration choice for your cake creation. These prices are for tiered wedding cakes. A bride's serving consists of a piece of cake with 4 layers of cake "torted" with 3 layers of filling of choice, 1" x 2" x 4-1/2" to 5". A cutting guide will be provided with every wedding cake for your convenience. Special fillings such as raspberry, strawberry, or lemon curd are an additional charge. 

 

Fondant decor and chocolate or gumpaste flowers, figurines and decorations will incur additional charges, depending upon how long it would take to create your design. It's all based on time and the labor-intensity of the artwork.

 There is no additional charge for two flavors on wedding cakes over 75 servings. For cakes smaller than 75 servings and additional charge may apply.

Groom's Cakes

Groom's cakes can come in all shapes and sizes, with design choices ranging from the groom's hobbies, favorite sports team, Alma Mater, vocation and career reflections, or personality. Groom's cakes are traditionally all chocolate with chocolate icing, but can be ordered in any flavor requested. These cakes will be more expensive to design, and are priced based upon time and complexity...but you only do this once, right? Let's make it an amazing one-of-a-kind, reflection of him!  A traditional, chocolate-on-chocolate grooms cake is available for those who desire more simplistic design.

 

Wedding Consultations

You may book a wedding consultation with advanced notice. Your first half-hour consultation is complimentary.  If you find you need more time, the consultation rate is $20.00 per additional hour. In our time, we will discuss flavors, size, design elements, and your overall bridal vision for your big day! I love for the bride to bring her ideas, color swatches, samples of decor, pictures of the reception venue, dress style, wedding theme, and other ideas to the consultation!  Your wedding is one of the most important dates of your entire life!  We want to make it memorable, in the most perfect way! The consultation fee will be waived upon cake booking.

Wedding Consultations with Cake Tastings

Cake tastings are offered with advanced booking notice for a fee of $50 and include your choice of 5 flavors of cake, frostings and/or fillings. I come to you! With sample cakes, plates, tasting forks, and napkins. Cake tastings will include your consultation of up to one hour. Half of your cake tasting fee will be applied to your cake if you decide to book your wedding cake that day.

 

Budget-friendly or small Wedding Cake Packages

If you are looking for a budget-friendly, yet still classic wedding cake, packages are available. A two-tier cake in either Vanilla Bean or Wedding Bliss, filled with American buttercream may be purchased for $3.50 per serving, up to 60 guests. Choose from three simple designs, white on white or one color and white with ribbon. Other options include one-layer sheet cakes, which may be purchased for extra servings, or add on a classic chocolate on chocolate grooms' cake. See information on Budget cake tasting here.
