Below you will find a list of some of the most frequently asked questions concerning ordering a cake. Can I get a cake today?
Very possible! I have certain flavors which may be available on a daily basis! Check on my FaceBook Page for daily updates and specials!
How do you determine the price of my cake?
Your cake is unique. The price of your cake will depend on flavors, fillings, number of servings, design and decoration chosen for your cake. I base all pricing on industry standard servings; 1"x2"x4-1/2" for wedding servings, and 2"x2"x2" for sheet cake servings. If you want to serve a larger size then you may need a bigger cake! The price of your cake of art will also depend on your choice of either fondant covering or buttercream.
How do I go about ordering a cake?
Preferably, contact me by email for your initial inquiry, including but not limited to, date you will need your cake or cakes, number of guests, and type of event for which the cake is being requested. You may contact me by phone as well. Once we have decided on all the details I will send out your cake confirmation sheet for your approval.
How far in advance should I order my cake?
Order your cake as soon as you know that it is needed! Two to three months prior for wedding cakes preferably! It would be great to have advanced notice for special occaision cakes but we all know that birthdays can be sneaky! They sneak up on us! As much notice as possible on all cakes is the best policy. Please call and let me know what your needs are, as I can generally create one of the package cakes within a timely manner.
Can I book a wedding cake tasting with you?
YES! Booking a cake tasting is easy! Choose up to 3 flavors of cake and 3 frosting combinations for $30. The plates, forks, napkins, and complimentary water are provided. Not enough choices? Add an extra cake flavor and icing or filling for $10. If you choose to book your cake with us the day of the tasting, there is no charge!
Too many choices? Choose the Bride-On-a-Budget cake tasting package, $20.00 for 1 cake flavor and two filling choices.
